Refund Policy for B&H Sound Design

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a refund provided it is submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to download and install the Click Builder trial before buying it to ensure it fits your needs.  If you request a refund, this is the procedure we follow:

• You contact us with your order number, and we deactivate (invalidate) your license. From that point on you cannot activate the software on any computer.
• You deactivate any activated copies of the software.
• Send an email to sales@bhsounddesign.com and let us know that all of the copies have been deactivated.
• We check the license server, and if the server reflects no activations of your license, the refund is issued.
